Design Terms And Conditions
Process approval: Clients will receive emails through-out the design process so they may approve the various design that they like.

Payment upfront: Payment in full up-front is required to secure a position in our design queue. When we receive payment we will notify clients of expected project commencement time and the timeline anticipated from project start to finish.

Payment Terms: Payment may be made through PayPal or by sending a check or money order made out to Daisy Mae Productions. If paying via PayPal please direct payment to daisywashere(AT)gmail(DOT)com.

Changes: Should a client choose a mockup, make changes to it and then approve the design as ready for the coding process, the design phase of work is considered complete. The coding process will include smaller changes such as text (not text as images) changes (to color, sizing, font style, etc) and link styles. Should the client request changes that require a designer to revert back to the mock-up stage and start coding anew, it will be considered a new. We realize this may seem confusing. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like further clarification of the process and what it includes and excludes.
